My Story
Hey there! Learning piano as an adult looks and feels different.
In 2018, I started learning the piano at 18 years old and self-taught for 1 years before taking lessons with a private teacher for 3 years.
Since then, I have:
Performed in more than 20+ unique formal recitals/concerts/gigs, and have gotten re-invited for many.
Performed duets/trios with piano, voice, guitar, and other instruments.
Became the president of an university piano ensemble club and mentored 10+ adults (including a 74 years old) in piano.
Organised numerous piano concerts.
And many more!
My journey to where I am today hasn't been easy. I didn't grow up as a piano prodigy. What I did have was curiosity, patience, and the mindset of an engineer.
I approach piano like an engineer:
Break it down.
Understand why.
Build it back up.
Accelerating my piano progress.
Now, I aim to share what I have learnt and discovered in my piano journey with adults who started piano late or are starting again.
To help adult beginners learn piano faster through logic, efficient systems, and smart tools. No more 2nd guessing whether what you are doing is correct and will pay off in the future.
